What is a Dormant Pocket
Your Pocket will become dormant if there is no transaction in the Pocket for 18 months. But don't worry, you can reactivate your Dormant Pocket through the Jago app!
How to activate your Dormant Pocket
You can reactivate your Dormant Pocket by adding money to it. There's no minimum amount of money you need to add, once there is a transaction, the Dormant Pocket will be automatically reactivated.
Limitations in the Dormant Pocket
Dormant Pocket has limited features and usage, such as:
- Can't be used for Pay & Send
- Can't be used as a source of funds in Plan Ahead and Autosave
- Can't be closed
Notes: Any Jago account with at least 1 (one) Dormant Pocket can't be converted into Jago Sharia
