What if I move from Jago to Jago Syariah and the move is stopped because I need to close the Jago RDN?
You can contact the securities' Customer Service and request to close the account first.
Account closure can only be done by the securities. After closing the account, you can return to the Jago app and continue moving your account to Jago Syariah. Don’t worry, you can open a Jago Syariah RDN with the securities after successfully moving to Jago Syariah.
