Why Can’t I Create a BFI Pocket in Jago Syariah?
If you’re using Jago Syariah and already have a loan with BFI, you can’t link your BFI account to a Jago Syariah Pocket yet, as BFI products don’t usually follow Syariah principles.
No worries, you can still make your BFI payments right from the "Transactions" menu in the Jago Syariah app.
Here’s how:
- Open the Jago app and tap "Transactions."
- Select “Other Features," then tap "Installment"
- Choose BFI Finance, enter your Contract Number, and follow the steps to complete your payment.
