How to Receive Money from Abroad
What methods are available to receive money from overseas in Bank Jago?
Currently, Jago provides 3 methods to receive money from overseas or receive foreign currency:
- Interbank Foreign Currency Transfer (Remittance)
Your Jago account can receive foreign currency transfers to your Jago Foreign Currency Pocket in the same currency, for example:
- USD → USD Pocket
- SGD → SGD Pocket
Support for EUR, JPY, and AUD incoming transfers will be available soon.

Wise
Receive transfers through the Wise network, which will be converted and credited in IDR to your IDR Pocket.

Visa Incoming Transfer
Receive funds directly to your Jago Visa debit card using your card details. The funds received will be credited in IDR.
You can use this feature to withdraw funds or receive payments from international platforms such as PayPal, Wise, Upwork, or Global Blue.
