Paying the Jago Dana Cepat Installments

How to pay Jago Dana Cepat bills/installments in the Jago app:

Go to Loan page
Tap “My Loans” and find the loan you want to pay, then tap "Pay"
Review the payment details, then tap "Pay Now"
Follow the steps until your payment is confirmed.

Can I pay installments from another bank?
Loan installment payments can only be made from the Jago app. If your funds are in another bank, you can first transfer them to your Main Pocket in Jago.

When can I pay my Jago Dana Cepat installments or bills?
You can pay your Jago Dana Cepat installments or bills every day during Bank Jago's operational hours, from 08:00 to 23:00 WIB.

Can I change my payment date?
Changing your due date is not available for active loans.

You can choose your preferred due date when you are about to disburse a loan. To make it easier for you to remember your payment dates, all your loan disbursements will share the same monthly installment due date.

Can I do early repayment to my loan?
Yes, absolutely. At Jago Dana Cepat, you can repay your loan early. If you choose to settle your loan before its maturity date, you will be charged one full month’s interest, regardless of the date the early settlement is made. No additional early settlement fee applies other than this interest charge.

Are there additional fees for early repayment?
There are no additional fees, you can easily pay off the loan at any time.

How do I pay off a loan early?

Go to the 'Loan' menu on the home page.
Tap the 'My Loans' tab
Select the loan you want to pay off, then tap 'View Details'
Tap the three-dot icon (⋮) at the top right of your screen, then select 'Pay-off Loan'
Tap the remaining loan amount you need to pay
Review your payment details, then tap 'Pay Now'
Follow the remaining steps until your payment is confirmed
