Security and Data in Rapor Kredit Feature

Why do I need to provide consent for Rapor Kredit feature?
Because SLIK data contains personal information and requires authorization from the data owner before it can be accessed and displayed.

Is my data secure if I ask for my Rapor Kredit?
Yes. Your data can only be accessed through your verified Jago account and is protected by Bank Jago’s security systems.

Who should I contact if there is incorrect data?
Please contact the financial institution that reported the data to SLIK.

Will all my loans appear in Rapor Kredit?
Only active and/or written-off loans will be displayed in Rapor Kredit and made available at the time of data retrieval.

Why can't I see my active loan in Rapor Kredit?
Rapor Kredit displays information based on data available in SLIK OJK. Based on the latest OJK regulation, SLIK information will only be displayed for debtor with total limit and total outstanding above Rp1.000.000.

How often is the data updated?
Your Rapor Kredit data can be updated if you request a refresh or update your credit status.

What is the Refresh Credit Status feature?
The Refresh Credit Status feature allows you to view your Rapor Kredit using the latest SLIK OJK data available.

Why do I see the "Refresh Credit Status" button?
The "Refresh Credit Status" button appears when newer SLIK OJK data is available compared to the report you are currently viewing.

When can I refresh my Rapor Kredit?
You can refresh your Rapor Kredit when new SLIK data becomes available. Updated SLIK data is available at 15th of each month.

Do I need to refresh my report every month?
No. However, we recommend refreshing your report periodically to stay informed about your latest credit condition.

Why did the "Refresh Credit Status" button disappear after I refreshed my report?
The button will disappear once you have successfully viewed the latest report and will reappear when newer SLIK data becomes available.

How does my Rapor Kredit information get updated?
Your report will be refreshed periodically based on the latest available SLIK data and the report retrieval schedule every 15th each month. Recent changes may not appear immediately because SLIK data is updated periodically.
