Visa Incoming Transfer is a type of transaction where funds are sent directly by a merchant or sender to your Jago debit card through the Visa network using your Visa card number.
With this method, funds can be received directly to your card without requiring a separate bank transfer process.
What can you use this feature for?
- Withdraw funds from international platforms such as PayPal, Wise, Upwork, or Global Blue.
- Receive freelance or remote work payments from overseas clients.
- Receive refunds from merchants where you previously made transactions.
- Receive money from friends or family abroad through the "Send to Card" service.
How long does it take for the funds to arrive?
Visa OCT transactions are processed via Visa Direct. For Bank Jago users, funds are typically available within up to 30 minutes for transactions that support Fast Funds.
Which Jago debit cards can receive Visa Incoming Transfer?
Jago debit cards that can receive funds through Visa Incoming Transfer are Visa Debit Cards, both physical and digital.
This transaction is not applicable to Jago GPN Debit Cards.
Is there any fee for receiving Visa Incoming Transfer?
No, you will not be charged any fee (Rp0) when receiving funds through Visa Incoming Transfer.
How do I see these transactions in the Jago App?
You can find these transactions in your Pocket Transaction History. The transactions will appear as incoming funds with the label “Visa Incoming Transfer”.
Why is the amount of funds I received different?
Differences in the amount received may occur due to foreign currency conversion into Indonesian Rupiah, based on the exchange rate determined by Visa.
