To make new transactions via the Transfer & Pay menu, you need to add the destination account number, e-Wallet number, or bill number that hasn't been registered in Jago's contact by selecting the New Contact button.

What is the maximum transfer limit to Other Bank?

When transferring more than Rp250,000,000 from Jago to another bank via the Jago application, you will be given transfer method options.

Automatically use BI-FAST or RTOL:
- Rp1-Rp250.000.000/transaction
- Rp250.000.000/daily

You can choose between RTGS and SKN:
- Rp250.000.001 - Rp500.000.000/transaction
- Rp500.000.000/daily

Automatically use RTGS:
- Rp100.000.001-Rp1.000.000.000/transaction
- Rp1.000.000.000/daily

- Fund transfer services via the SKN and RTGS methods are available on SKN and RTGS working days and operational hours as stipulated by Bank Indonesia.
- Fund transfer services via BI-FAST and Real Time Online methods are available at any time (24 hours, 7 days a week).
