What if the internet connection is lost while making a transaction?

If your internet connection is lost while transaction is being processed, the transaction will be canceled.

If your internet connection is lost when the transaction completes, the transaction is successful.

To avoid double transactions, please log in again into the Jago Bisnis after the connection is restored (we recommend waiting at least ten minutes) and check the balance or check the transaction history to ensure the failure or success of a transaction.
