Empowering People in Managing Money, Bank Jago Records Consistent Growth

Jakarta, 11 September 2025 – PT Bank Jago Tbk reaffirmed its commitment to driving sustainable business growth through product innovations and digital financial features designed to help people manage their money. During the 2025 Public Expose Live, the management of this tech-based bank presented updates on these innovations along with its achievements in performance and customer growth throughout 2025.

Bank Jago Director Supranoto Prajogo stated that the bank’s achievements are built on the trust of millions of customers who use the Jago App’s products and features to manage both their personal and business finances. “We believe sustainable growth can be achieved when our products and services truly provide added value for our customers,” he said.

Since 2020, Bank Jago has laid the foundation by building the capacity and capabilities of the Jago App. To simplify financial management, Jago App offers a unique value proposition through its “Pockets” feature, which allows customers to separate funds into different categories according to their financial needs and goals, such as saving, transactions, investing, and borrowing.

Throughout 2025, Bank Jago enhanced the Jago App by launching the Foreign Currency Pocket for saving and transacting in foreign currencies, as well as gradually rolling out the Digital Pro Card, a Visa digital debit card designed to support business owners. In addition, Bank Jago introduced new features in collaboration with ecosystem partners, such as GoPay Deposito by Jago and instant creation and withdrawal of customer fund account (RDN) balances for broker partners, including Bibit and Stockbit.

“Bank Jago aims to help people allocate money according to their individual goals and make managing that money easier through the Jago App. We are focused on creating digital financial solutions that remain relevant for Indonesian people,” said Supranoto.

Bank Jago’s innovation and collaboration strategies were reflected in its positive performance during the first half of 2025. As of June 2025, Bank Jago’s total customer base reached 17.2 million, including 13.7 million funding customers using the Jago App and Jago Syariah. The number of Jago and Jago Syariah app users grew by more than 3 million from the same period last year, when it stood at 10 million.

The growth in funding customers aligned with Bank Jago’s third-party funds, which reached IDR 22.4 trillion by the end of June 2025, an increase of 51% compared to June 2024’s IDR 14.8 trillion.

On the lending side, Bank Jago booked loans of IDR 21.4 trillion by the end of June 2025, up 37% from IDR 15.7 trillion at the end of June 2024. All loan disbursements were carried out with prudence, as reflected in the low gross non-performing loan (NPL) ratio of 0.3%, well below the national banking industry average.

Supranoto explained that in extending loans, Bank Jago continues to rely on collaboration strategies with various partners, including digital ecosystems and platforms, financing companies, and other financial institutions. Recognizing the strong customer demand for lending, Bank Jago has also begun offering direct app-based loans.

“Bank Jago is focused not only to drive business growth but also to expand access to digital financial services and advance financial literacy across communities.
