Jakarta, 9 July 2026 — In line with its aspiration to enhance growth opportunities of millions through life-centric digital financial solutions, Bank Jago has introduced Rapor Kredit, a feature that helps borrowers better understand their financial health, including their credit health. Rapor Kredit reflects Bank Jago’s commitment to responsible lending.
Through the Rapor Kredit, borrowers can easily access clear and transparent information about their credit health directly through the Jago App. By understanding this information, borrowers can better understand their financial capacity and make more informed borrowing decisions that align with their needs.
"Easy access to financing needs to be balanced with a good understanding of personal financial conditions. Through the Rapor Kredit, we hope borrowers will make borrowing decisions more wisely and responsibly, based on their financial capabilities," said Andy Djiwandono, Head of Sustainability & Digital Lending Bank Jago.
According to the 2025 National Financial Literacy and Inclusion Survey (SNLIK) released by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), the national financial literacy rate in banking financing reached 65.5%. Meanwhile, literacy rates for non-bank financing institutions, fintech lending, and microfinance institutions remain relatively low at 44.7%, 24.9%, and 9.8%, respectively.
On the other hand, public access to financing has become increasingly accessible. Amid this ease of access, public understanding of credit and the ability to manage debt have become increasingly crucial. This is what prompted Bank Jago to introduce the Rapor Kredit feature in the Jago App.
With the Rapor Kredit, borrowers can access their credit history sourced from the OJK Financial Information Services System (SLIK) directly through the Jago App. They can review their credit status and get a clearer picture of their overall credit standing.
Beyond displaying credit history and status, the Rapor Kredit is equipped with Credit Health Tips, which contains educational articles and personalized recommendations tailored to the credit health of each borrower.
"For customers with good credit health, this feature provides guidance to maintain it. For customers who still have room to improve their credit health, tips and steps are available to gradually elevate their credit quality," said Andy.
The Rapor Kredit is an implementation of the responsible lending concept developed by Bank Jago. The team behind this conceptual innovation was previously selected as one of Indonesia's best young innovator teams for successfully applying sustainable business strategies aligned with sustainable development goals in the 2024 SDG Innovation Accelerator for Young Professionals (SDGI).
The launch of the Rapor Kredit further strengthens Bank Jago's responsible lending portfolio, which includes Jago Dana Cepat and Dana Siaga . Currently, the Rapor Kredit can be accessed by Bank Jago borrowers, including Jago Dana Cepat and Dana Siaga customers.
