What is a Main Pocket?

Main Pocket is your default Pocket available when you first created your Jago account. Main Pocket is connected to a JagoID which makes money movement between Jago account easier.

Tip: Main Pocket is best use for transactions, and less effective for saving your money.

What is a Savings Pocket?

Savings Pocket allows you to save with 3.25% interest rate p.a, and can be withdrawn anytime. You can customize your Savings Pocket to your liking; giving it a name, setting a display picture, and set a background color.

Tip: In Savings Pocket, you are allowed to set a target and autosave, which will help you save money in multiple ways that fit you. You can have 20 Savings Pockets at once.

What is a Spending Pocket?

Spending Pocket allows you to use the Pocket as a source of funds for a transaction. It can be for transfer to other bank accounts or use it for card payment and online payment.

Tip: You can connect one of your Jago Debit Card to one Spending Pocket. You can have 20 Spending Pockets at once.

What is Shared Pocket?

Shared Pocket is a Pocket with more than one member inside it. You can either be the Owner of a Shared Pocket, or join another user's Pocket.

When any money from the Shared Pocket is used for a transaction, it will deduct the free transaction fee quota of the user who initiated the transaction (either the Pocket owner or the member). If the transacting user has no free transaction fee quota remaining, the transaction fee will be deducted from the Shared Pocket's balance.

Tip: You can use the Shared Pocket with your family or friends to achieve a common goal, e.g. to save for a vacation funds or to pool some money to buy a birthday gift for someone else.

What is an RDN Pocket (Customer Fund Account)?

RDN Pocket (Customer Fund Account) is a Customer Fund Account (also known as Rekening Dana Nasabah/RDN) for Capital Market transactions. Jago will create this Pocket after you open an investment account through Jago investment partners, and this Pocket will link to your investment account. You can use the money you put into this Pocket for your transactions in the capital market through your preferred investment platform (stockbroker).

Tip: You can have more than 1 RDN Pocket (Customer Fund Account) from different stockbrokers.

What is a Business Pocket?
Business Pocket is a type of bank account in Jago created for business owners. You will be able to create up to 20 Business Pockets and utilise them to separate your business income and expenses.

Tip: Link your Business Pocket to a Debit Card and set an Income Target to monitor your business income easily.
