What is Account Level?
As a Jago customer, you are entitled to more benefits the more you use the Jago app. There are four progressive levels that can be achieved: Jagoan, Silver Jagoan, Gold Jagoan, and Platinum Jagoan.
What are the benefits and basic requirements for each level?
Benefits for each level
The following benefits will be valid from October 1, 2022 onwards. However, all Jagoans continue to enjoy the benefits of free monthly admin fees and free unlimited GoPay top-ups, regardless of account level.

Requirements of each level
To maintain or upgrade your level, you have to fulfill the following requirements in the next month:
Jagoan
- This is the most basic level, and there are no requirements to achieve this level. However, we strongly encourage you to upgrade to higher levels to unlock more benefits in Jago!
Silver Jagoan
- Maintain a minimum average daily balance of Rp500,000 across your Pockets for the calendar month; AND
- Link your Jago account to at least one of Jago’s partners (GoPay, Bibit, Stockbit, or Kredit Pintar). Click on the partner’s name to know how to link your Jago account.
Gold Jagoan
- Maintain a minimum average daily balance of Rp3,000,000 across your Pockets for the calendar month; AND
- Link your Jago account to at least one of Jago’s partners (GoPay, Bibit, Stockbit, or Kredit Pintar). Click on the partner’s name to see how to link your Jago account.
Platinum Jagoan
- Maintain a minimum average daily balance of Rp20,000,000 across your Pockets for the calendar month.
Notes:
- Balances in the Mutual Funds Pocket (Bibit), Bonds Pocket (KSEI), Stocks Pocket (KSEI), and regular GoPay Pockets aren’t included in the average daily balance calculation. Once you upgrade your regular GoPay Pocket to a GoPay Tabungan Pocket, its balance will start counting.
- Balances in Foreign Currency Pockets are included in the average daily balance calculation. Please note that these balances fluctuate based on exchange rates determined by the Bank. To ensure you meet the minimum requirements, please maintain a buffer or keep additional funds in your other Pockets.
How do I find out my current account level?
Tap the More menu at the bottom of your dashboard page. Your current account level and free quota can be found below your username and email. Didn't find it? Please update your Jago app to the latest version.
Can all account levels participate in all of Bank Jago's promos?
Yes. All account levels can participate in all Bank Jago's promos.
