Monitor Diverse Investments in Jago
1. What is the Investment Tab?
The Investment Tab is a dedicated section that, by default, displays all pockets related to investments.
2. What’s included in the Investment Tab?
At the top of the Investment Tab page, you’ll find investment product icons. You’ll also see pockets for each of your investment assets, displayed in a consolidated view (Consolidated Asset View).
3. What is the difference between the product icons at the top of the Investment tab and the pockets shown in the Investment tab?
The product icons are navigation menus where you can see the investment asset options offered by Jago and its Partners, such as Deposits, Mutual Funds, Retail Government Securities (SBN Ritel), FR Bonds, and Stocks. When you tap an icon, you’ll be directed to the Partner’s app depending on the asset type to make an investment transaction, such as:
- Mutual Funds and Retail SBN via Bibit
- FR Bonds and Stocks via Stockbit
Meanwhile, the pockets in the Investment tab show the investment products you own at Jago and on other platforms, such as your RDN pocket, Bibit mutual funds, as well as bonds and stocks registered with KSEI.
4. Can I make investment transactions from the Investment Tab?
At the moment, the only investment product enable to be opened directly in Jago App is Term Deposit. For other investment products such as Mutual Funds, Retail Government Bonds (SBN Ritel), Stocks, and FR Bonds, you can tap the icons under “Add your investment assets” at the top of the Investment Tab. You’ll then be redirected to the partner app to complete your investment transactions.
5. How can I view my portfolio from other platforms through the Jago app?
To view your portfolio from other platforms in the Jago app, you need to link your Jago account to those platforms. The linking process varies depending on the asset type, for example:
- For Mutual Funds: Link your Jago account with Bibit.
- For Stocks and Bonds: Link your Jago account with KSEI so you can view your stock portfolio from the securities company where you invest.
Once the linking process is successful, your portfolio will automatically appear in Jago as pockets for each asset type.
6. How do I link my Jago account with Bibit?
You can link your Jago account with your Bibit account by clicking “Connect” on the box with the Bibit logo in the Investment Tab, or through the “Connected Partners” menu in your Jago Profile. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the linking process.
7. How do I link my Jago account with KSEI?
You can link your Jago account with KSEI by clicking “Connect” on the box with the KSEI logo in the Investment Tab, or through the “Connected Partners” menu in your Jago Profile. Follow the on-screen steps to complete the linking process.
8. What is a Mutual Fund Pocket?
A Mutual Fund Pocket is a pocket that contains information about the mutual fund investments you own. This pocket specifically displays the mutual funds you hold through Bibit.
9. What can I see in the Mutual Fund Pocket?
In the Mutual Fund Pocket, you can view the categories of mutual funds you own through Bibit, such as Money Market Funds, Bond Funds, Balanced Funds, and Equity Funds.
To view the product details:
1. Tap on your Mutual Fund Pocket.
2. Select one of the mutual fund categories you own.
3. You will automatically be redirected to the Bibit app to see the full details of the mutual fund in that category.
10. What is the difference between the Mutual Fund Pocket and the previous Bibit Pocket?
Previously, the Bibit Pocket only displayed the total value of each portfolio you created in Bibit, including both mutual funds and bonds. When clicked, it directed you to the detailed portfolio page in the Bibit app.
Meanwhile, the Mutual Fund Pocket shows the total of all mutual funds you own in Bibit, consolidated into one pocket. When clicked, it displays your mutual fund holdings categorized by type. Each category can be selected, and it will direct you to the detailed product ownership page in the Bibit app.
11. What is the Bonds Pocket?
The Bonds Pocket displays all the bonds you own — including retail, government, and corporate bonds — that are registered with KSEI, whether they come from different platforms or securities companies.
12. What is the Stocks Pocket?
The Stocks Pocket displays all the stocks you own that are registered with KSEI, from various platforms or securities companies.
13. How can I view my bonds and stocks registered with KSEI in the Jago App?
You need to link your account with KSEI first. This feature is only available if you have a RDN (Rekening Dana Nasabah) with Bank Jago. Once linked, you can view your Bonds Pocket and Stocks Pocket in the Investment tab.
14. Why does an SBN purchased through Bibit during the offering period not appear in the Investment Tab?
The SBN data displayed in Jago is based on data from KSEI. While the SBN is still within the offering period, the ownership has not yet been recorded in the investor’s account at KSEI. The SBN information will become available and appear in the Investment Tab once the offering period has ended and the ownership has been recorded in KSEI.
15. Why can’t I link my account with KSEI?
The KSEI Securities Portfolio service is only available if you have a RDN (Rekening Dana Nasabah) with Bank Jago. If you don’t have a Jago RDN, you’ll need to open one first.
16. What if I want to open a Jago RDN?
A RDN (Rekening Dana Nasabah) is an account used to conduct transactions with specific securities companies. If you’d like to open a Jago RDN, you can do so through one of our RDN partners below:
- PT Stockbit Sekuritas Digital (App name: Stockbit)
- PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (App name: Trima+)
- PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia (App name: STAR — Samuel Trading Active Realtime)
17. Why is there a difference in my portfolio data?
The portfolio data displayed in Jago comes directly from our partners. If you notice any discrepancies, it’s usually due to the following reasons:
- Transaction Settlement Time
The ownership data for mutual funds, bonds, and stocks is updated after the transaction settlement process is completed (ranging from T+2 to T+7 from the transaction date, depending on the product type).
- Stock Price Reference
Differences in stock portfolio value may occur because Jago uses the previous day’s closing price (T-1) as the reference for calculation.
To verify your holdings, please confirm directly with the relevant partner or securities company.
18. Will the introduction of the Investment Tab and Consolidated Asset View change the portfolio display or details in the Bibit app?
There will be no changes to the portfolio display in the Bibit app. In the Jago app, your portfolio will be grouped by mutual fund categories based on data from Bibit.
19. Can I see the breakdown of my balance for each asset I own?
You can access the balance breakdown in the “All” tab by tapping the “i” icon next to “My Assets.” A pop-up will appear showing the breakdown of your cash and investment balances.
20. How do I unlink Bibit?
To unlink your Jago and Bibit accounts, go to the “Connected Partners” menu, select Bibit, choose the linked portfolio, and tap “Disconnect.”
21. How do I unlink KSEI?
To unlink your Jago and KSEI accounts, go to the “Connected Partners” menu, select KSEI, choose the linked portfolio, and tap “Disconnect.”
