Additional Benefits for New Jago customers
What will my account level be when I join, and how long will I be at that level?
When you register with Jago, you’ll automatically start at Silver Jagoan. At this level, you’ll enjoy these monthly benefits:
- 25 free transfers and e-wallet top-ups
- 1 free digital debit card
- 3 free ATM withdrawals
Your Silver Jagoan benefits are valid from the day you register until the end of the following month. For example, if you sign up anytime in April 2025, you’ll stay at Silver Jagoan until 31 May 2025.
Want more than Silver Jagoan? There are two ways to enjoy more benefits:
a. Regular Account Level upgrade
Before your new joiner Silver Jagoan benefits end, increase your average daily balance and do partner linking. Learn more about other level benefits and requirements on this What Is Account Level page.
b. Instant Account Level upgrade
Only within the first 30 days after your Jago account becomes active, you can instantly upgrade to Gold Jagoan and Platinum Jagoan. You’ll move up on the same day once you meet each level’s requirements. For more information, read "What are the advantages of the Instant Account Level upgrade?" below.
Will I get a free physical debit card when I join?
You can request 1 free physical debit card, which will be delivered to your address, after topping up Rp500,000 into your Jago Pocket and waiting 1 day. Visit this link for more info: How to create a debit card.
Tip:
If it has been more than 24 hours since your Rp500,000 top-up, ensure the fee on the Confirmation page (in the Card menu) is listed as 'Free' before creating your card. If the fee still shows as 'Rp40,000' and you haven't requested a physical card before, please contact Tanya Jago for assistance.

Only for customers who register on or after 2 March 2026, you can get upgraded to Gold Jagoan or Platinum Jagoan instantly, which offer more benefits, as long as you meet the level requirements within 30 days of your account activation date!
What are the advantages of the instant Account Level upgrade?
You can enjoy these benefits immediately from the day you meet the level requirements until the end of the following month. No need to wait for 1 month to get upgraded!
However, there’s an exception if you’re instantly upgraded to Gold Jagoan and then upgraded again to Platinum Jagoan. The Platinum Jagoan benefits replace Gold Jagoan benefits, while the validity period still follows your Gold Jagoan benefits period.
Example:
If you register to Jago on 5 May and get instantly upgraded to Gold Jagoan on 7 May, your Gold Jagoan benefits will be valid until 30 June. If you are then upgraded instantly to Platinum Jagoan on 1 June, your Platinum benefits will be valid until 30 June.

Note:
The free transfers & e-wallet top-ups, and cash withdrawal quota are updated on the 1st of each month, while the maximum free debit card quota you can get in your Jago lifetime is 3 digital cards and 3 physical cards.
Who can participate in the instant Account Level Upgrade mission?
This mission is only available to new Jago customers who register on or after 2 March 2026. it’s valid for 30 days from their account activation date only. Jago Syariah customers are not eligible to participate in this mission.
What are the requirements to get instantly upgraded to Gold Jagoan or Platinum Jagoan?
First, ensure that your Jago account is already active. After that, open the Jago app and select “Instant Gold Jagoan” or “Instant Platinum Jagoan” mission on the Home, in the Mission section, to get more information. If you don’t find it, select “See All” in the Mission section to go to the Mission page.
Fulfill these requirements mentioned in the mission page within 30 days of your account activation date:
Instant Gold Jagoan
- Add balance to your Jago Pocket until your balance reaches Rp3 million or more.
- Link Jago to a partner. It can be GoPay, Bibit, Stockbit, or Kredit Pintar.
Instant Platinum Jagoan
- Add balance to your Jago Pocket until your balance reaches Rp20 million or more.
When can I expect to receive the instant Account Level upgrade benefits?
You will get upgraded and be eligible for the benefits on the same day after meeting the level requirements.
How long can I enjoy the benefits of the instant Account Level upgrade?
You can enjoy Instant Gold Jagoan or Instant Platinum Jagoan benefits from the day you meet the level requirements until the end of the following month. Your free transfers, e-wallet top ups, and ATM withdrawals quota will be updated every month.
If you’re instantly upgraded to Gold Jagoan on 15 October 2025 and have used up some free transfers, your free transfers and ATM withdrawal quota will be refreshed on 1 November 2025.
On 1 December 2025, your account level will be determined by the regular average daily balance and partner linking requirements throughout November 2025.
However, there’s an exception if you’re instantly upgraded to Gold Jagoan and then upgraded again to Platinum Jagoan. The Platinum Jagoan benefits replace Gold Jagoan benefits, while the validity period still follows your Gold Jagoan benefits period.
Example:
If you register to Jago on 5 May and get instantly upgraded to Gold Jagoan on 7 May, your Gold Jagoan benefits will be valid until 30 June. If you are then upgraded instantly to Platinum Jagoan on 1 June, your Platinum benefits will be valid until 30 June.
How many times can I enjoy the instant Account Level upgrade?
Suppose you have been instantly upgraded to Gold Jagoan and want to get instantly upgraded to Platinum Jagoan as well. In that case, it's possible as long as your balance reaches Rp20 million within the 30-day limit. If you meet the requirements after the 30 days, you're no longer eligible for an instant upgrade.
Scenario 1
- You register for Jago on 1 April.
- You make a Rp3 million top-up to your Jago Pocket and link Jago to a partner on 5 April. You will instantly be upgraded to Gold Jagoan.
- If you top up Rp17 million more on 20 April, you will instantly be upgraded to Platinum Jagoan.
Scenario 2
- You register to Jago on 1 April
- You make a Rp20 million top-up on 5 May
- You are not eligible for the instant upgrade since more than 30 days have passed.
How is the instant Account Level upgrade different from the regular Account Level upgrade?
To qualify for the regular Account Level upgrade, you must maintain a minimum average daily balance and do partner linking (for Silver Jagoan and Gold Jagoan) for 1 month before being upgraded in the following month.
Instant Account Level upgrade is only available for newly registered Jago customers within 30 days of the account activation date. Simply add a certain amount of balance and link to a partner (for Gold Jagoan), and you'll be upgraded on the same day.
