Creating a RDN Pocket
Currently, you can only create a RDN Pocket at Jago Syariah by opening an account through the following investment platforms partnered with Jago Syariah:
Stockbit
- Download the Stockbit app and register to open an account.
- Choose Jago Syariah as the RDN bank.
- Once the account is created on the stockbroker, your RDN Pocket will be automatically created and shown on the Jago app if your account opening is approved.
*Tip: You can have more than one RDN Pocket for different investment platforms.
Transferring Money from the RDN Pocket
You can transfer money from the RDN Pocket, but you can't do it directly through the Jago app. To transfer money from the RDN Pocket, you need to make a withdrawal through the connected investment app. You can view transaction history in the RDN Pocket and will receive a notification when the money is successfully withdrawn.
Deleting the RDN Pocket
The RDN Pocket cannot be deleted or closed through the Jago app. To close the RDN Pocket, you need to submit a closure request to the investment platform (stockbroker) you are using. Once your closure request is approved by the investment platform, your RDN Pocket will be deleted and will no longer be displayed on the Jago app. You will also receive a notification when the RDN Pocket is deleted from Jago Syariah.
