The card will be delivered to the destination address within a maximum of 3 working days if you live in Jabodetabek, a maximum of 5 working days for those living in big cities outside Jabodetabek, and a maximum of 14 working days for other cities.
You can check your delivery status by following these steps.
1. Go to the Card Details.
2. Choose Delivery Info.
3. Choose Track Card Delivery.
If you receive a notification that your card has been successfully delivered, you can still file a dispute within 30 days from the date the card is marked as delivered. However, if the card status is still “in delivery” and has exceeded the estimated timeframe, you can contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
