Customizing Your Jago Syariah Account
Set or edit profile
1. Go to More menu in Home page.
2. Tap on your Profile section.
3. Click the Pencil icon.
4. After editing your profile you can click the check list icon.
See account number
1. Go to More menu in Home page.
2. Tap on your Profile section.
Upload e-KTP
To update your e-KTP details, please contact Tanya Jago at 1500 746.
Upload NPWP
1. Go to More menu in Home page.
2. Choose My Documents.
3. Choose the NPWP section.
4. Choose take a photo or Choose from gallery.
5. Submit your NPWP photo.
Upload profile picture
1. Go to More menu in Home page.
2. Tap on your Profile section.
3. Click the Pencil icon.
4. Choose Edit Photo.
5. Choose from gallery or take a photo, the click check list icon.
Change e-mail
1. Go to More menu in Home page.
2. Tap on your Profile section.
3. Click the Pencil icon.
4. Change to your active e-mail address then click the check list icon.
Change mobile number
Follow these steps to change the phone number linked to your Jago Syariah account.
If you can access the Jago Syariah app:
1. Open your Jago Syariah app
2. Go to More menu
3. Tap Profile on the top right of the screen.
4. Tap the pencil icon or Edit Profile.
5. Update your phone number under "Phone Number", then tap "Change".
6. Enter your new phone number.
7. Enter your Jago password.
8. Enter the OTP sent to your new number.
9. You’ll get a notification confirming that your account information has been updated.
If you can’t access the Jago Syariah app:
Follow these steps if your phone is lost, out of reach, or you’ve forgotten your email or password.
1. Send a request from your registered email to [email protected]
2. Wait for a reply. You’ll receive a declaration form
3. Fill out the form, sign it on a Rp10,000 duty stamp, take a selfie holding the signed form, and send it back via email
4. Once your request is approved, verify your new number by calling the number provided by Jago Customer Service in the email.
