e-Statement by Pocket and Transaction Statement Period
What if I need account statements for several months at once?
Through the Jago app, e-Statements can currently only be downloaded on a monthly basis. If you need account statements covering several months, for example three months or more, you can download the e-Statement separately for each required month.
Can I download a statement for a specific Pocket only?
Yes, you can. You can download an e-Statement for a specific Pocket directly through the Jago app.
- Go to the desired Pocket.
- Select the e-Statement menu.
- Choose the transaction period you would like to download.
However, e-Statements by Pocket are not yet equipped with the bank's digital verification and therefore cannot yet be used as an official document for visa applications.
Please contact Tanya Jago so our team can help validate the document and provide an official wet stamp or signature according to the embassy's requirements.
