How to Request and Obtain Visa Documents
How do I request visa documents with a wet stamp, and how can I obtain them?
The process is simple and free of charge. You do not need to fill out any forms. Simply follow these steps:
- Contact Tanya Jago by phone at 1500 746 or by email at [email protected].
- Inform us of the type of document you need, such as an e-Statement or a Bank Reference Letter, and let us know that you require the document with an original wet stamp for visa application purposes.
- Choose your preferred document delivery method:
- Digital Version (Scanned Copy via Email)
Official documents that have been stamped or signed will be scanned and sent to your registered email address. - Physical Version (Branch Pickup)
Inform Tanya Jago of your request and schedule an appointment to collect the stamped or signed document at the nearest Jago Branch.
Can physical documents with a wet stamp be sent to my home address?
Currently, Jago does not provide physical document delivery services to home addresses.
However, if you are unable to visit a branch, you may ask Tanya Jago to scan the officially signed or stamped document and send the scanned copy in PDF format to your registered email address.
