Moving from Jago account to Jago Syariah account

Jago Syariah is finally here so that you can easily manage your finances that are adjusted with sharia principles. Switching to a Jago Syariah account will be hassle-free, you just need to choose your preference for the Jago Syariah account.

Do I need to provide any additional data?
Don't worry, you don't need to provide additional data. Just relax. We will move all your data to your Jago Syariah account.

What are the changes that will happen to your Pockets?

Each account number in your pocket will change. Make sure you check the “About this Pocket” section.

Your pocket will change and use a Wadi'ah akad.

You cannot access your current transaction history, yet you can still check the previous Jago e-Statements for a detailed look.

- Spend Analysis
Your Spend Analysis will be restarted to zero.

- Linked Pocket to Partners
Some of your Pockets are maybe unliked. Relax, you can link it again after moving to Jago Syariah.

Things that will happen during the process of moving to Jago Syariah
If there is ongoing transfer of money to your old Jago account number during the process, it will fail. Don't worry, transfers or payments can be made again after the process of moving to Jago Syariah is complete.

When can you start the process of moving to Jago Syariah?
You can start the process of moving to Jago Syariah anytime, except for the last 3 days of each month when we are unable to process it. You can continue the moving process on the 1st day of the following month.

For example, if you want to start the moving process on the 28th and the current month only has up to the 30th, then you can proceed on the 1st day.
