Problems During Moving to Jago Syariah
Follow the tips below if you found any problems during the account conversion from Jago to Jago Syariah.
The conversion stopped midway
You can continue your movement process to Jago Syariah with these steps:
1. Make sure to unlock your Pocket.
2. Please close or leave these Pockets first: Shared Pocket with Jago members, and Stockbit Pocket.
3. Open your blocked Pockets by contacting Tanya Jago.
4. Contact your investment platform to close your Investment Pockets.
5. Wait for your pending transactions and then check on Transaction History. If it doesn't show up on your Transaction History, you can contact Tanya Jago.
Repeat the account conversion process
If you have done all of the steps above, please continue with these steps:
1. Choose More menu on the Jago app.
2. Tap ‘Convert to Jago Syariah'
3. Continue the process of converting to Jago Syariah again.
4. We will send you a confirmation email to inform you about the completion of converting to Jago Syariah.
Things to do after moving to Jago Syariah
Do the following after you move to a Jago Syariah account:
- Share your account number to friends and family
Don't let your friends and family transfer to your old Pocket number.
- Update your account number to your office for salary account changes
Notify the HR team to change your new Pocket number as soon as possible.
- Update account number in Investment apps
To have a smooth disbursement of Investment Assets, you need to replace the old account number with the latest Pocket number.
- Update account number for online business
If you have an online business, replace and share your new Pocket number for the disbursement process.
