Why must I activate my account?

After you're done with registration, your Jago Syariah account is not immediately activated, preventing you to add money or do any transaction activity such as sending money. To fully experience your Jago Syariah and access all features provided, you have to activate your account. This is a process required by the OJK.

 

Can I change my personal information after finishing registration?

Yes, you can change your personal information after finishing your registration.
1. Log in to your Jago Syariah account.
2. Choose More menu, and tap your name on top of the screen.
3. Tap the Pencil in the upper right corner.
4. Change your personal data.
5. Tap the Check button in the upper right corner to save.

 

How do I know if my account has been activated?

After you're done activating your account via video call or coming to our branch, we will send you a confirmation email and push notif to inform you of your account activation.
