You can have as many as 10 Giveaway Pockets at the same time.
How many recipients can I have in one Giveaway Pocket?
There's no limit on how many recipients you can add to the Giveaway Pocket.
How much money can I send to the recipient?
You can send up to Rp99.999.999.999 to a Jago account, and Rp10.000.000 to a GoPay account. Both sending money to Jago and GoPay account has a minimum transaction amount of Rp10.000 per recipient.
I have sent a giveaway to someone, can I undo it?
As long as the recipient has not claimed the gift from the link, you can delete the recipient from your Giveaway Pocket, including the greeting cards.
Will I be charged for sending a giveaway?
No, creating a Giveaway Pocket is free of charge and no transfer fee will be applied when sending out the money.
