Using Biometric
Quickly access all your Jago features simply with fingerprint (both Android and iOS) or Face ID (only iOS), depends on your phone capability.
Setting Up Biometric
You will get a fingerprint setup request when you first log in. Other than that, please follow the steps below.
1. Go to More menu on your application.
2. Tap the gear button on the top right corner.
3. Slide the Fingerprint/Touch ID/Face ID button to the right.
4. When asked, press Activate Now to activate Touch ID.
5. Put your finger on your fingerprint sensor to validate.
6. Yay! Now you can log in with your fingerprint.
I Can't Find Biometric Option
Using fingerprint is dependant on your device's capability. For devices that support fingerprint, the fingerprint log in will be enabled. However if your device is not fingerprint supported, sadly you can't use the fingerprint log in feature.
