Manage Linked Device

Every device you use to log into the Jago app will be connected to your Jago Syariah account. To keep your account secure, make sure to follow these tips on device linking.

What are linked devices?

Mobile devices or phones that you are currently using—or have previously used—to log into your Jago Syariah account, including older devices you no longer use.

A device will stay linked if you:

• Do not log out and only end the session by closing the app, or
• Do not remove the device from the linked devices settings in your Jago app.

How can I improve my account security on linked devices?

To keep your account secure across linked devices:

• Link only the devices you regularly or frequently use to access Jago.
• Remove devices you no longer use.
• If you have ever logged into Jago using a borrowed device or phone, make sure to log out of your account—don't just close the app to end your session.

How many devices can be linked to my Jago Syariah account?

In line with our latest security update, you can link a maximum of 2 devices.

If you already have 2 linked devices and try to log in using a new one, you will need to remove 1 of your old linked devices first.

How do I check the devices linked to my Jago Syariah account?

1. Select the More menu at the bottom right of the Jago app home page.
2. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
3. Select Manage devices.
4. On the Manage Devices page, you can view your linked devices and their last login times.

If needed, you can also view how to log in with a new device.

How do I remove a device I no longer use?

1. Select the More menu at the bottom right of the Jago app home page.
2. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner.
3. Select Manage devices.
4. Tap the device you no longer use and select Remove device.
5. Tap Remove on the pop-up that appears.
