What if I move from Jago to Jago Syariah?

If you move from Jago to Jago Syariah after October 1, 2024 (when the program starts), don't worry! Your Account Benefits for the current month will match your previous Jago level. Every month, Jago Syariah users get 20 free transfers, e-wallet top-ups, and 3 free ATM withdrawals. You also get 1 free physical and 1 free digital debit card.

Transfer

Sample 1: If your current level is Jagoan (originally have 3x free transfer) and you already used 3x free transfer. You have 0 free quota left and switch from Jago to Jago Syariah on October 10th (mid month), then you will have 17x free transfer since it will follow the updated Jagoan Syariah benefit account. 

Don’t worry you’ll get 20 free transfers at Jagoan Syariah by next month.

Sample 2: If your current level is Silver (originally have 25x free transfer) and you already used 15x free transfer. You have 10 free quota left and switch from Jago to Jago Syariah  on October 10th (mid month), then you will have 5x free transfer since it will follow the updated Jagoan Syariah benefit account. 

Don’t worry you’ll get 20 free transfers at Jagoan Syariah by next month.

Sample 3:  If your current level is Gold (originally have 50x free transfer) and you already used 18x free transfer. You have 32 free quota left and move from Jago to Jago Syariah  on October 10th (mid month), then you will have 2x free transfer since it will follow the updated Jagoan Syariah benefit account.

Don’t worry you’ll get 20 free transfers at Jagoan Syariah by next month.

Sample 4: If your current level is Platinum (originally have 150x free transfer) and you already used 40x free transfer. You have 110 free quota left and switch Jago to Jago Syariah  on October 10th (mid month), then you will have 0 free transfer since it will follow the updated Jagoan Syariah benefit account.

ATM Withdrawal

Sample 1: If your current level is Jagoan (originally have 0 quota), then you switch from Jago to Jago Syariah  on October 10th (mid month), then you will have 3x free ATM Withdrawal since it will follow the updated Jagoan Syariah benefit account.

Don’t worry you’ll get 3 free ATM Withdrawals  at Jagoan Syariah by next month. 

Sample 2:  If your current level is Silver (originally have 3x free ATM Withdrawal) and you already used 2x free ATM Withdrawal. You have 1x free ATM Withdrawal quota left and switch Jago to Jago Syariah  on October 10th (mid month), then you will have 0  ATM Withdrawal since it will follow the updated Jagoan Syariah benefit account.

Sample 3:  If your current level is Gold (originally have 5x free ATM Withdrawal) and you already used 3x free ATM Withdrawal. You have 2x free ATM Withdrawal quota left and switch Jago to Jago Syariah  on October 10th (mid month), then you will have 0 quota ATM Withdrawal since it will follow the updated Jagoan Syariah benefit account.

Sample 4:  If your current level is Platinum (originally have 10x free ATM Withdrawal) and you already used 8x free ATM Withdrawal. You have 2x free ATM Withdrawal quota left and switch Jago to Jago Syariah  on October 10th (mid month), then you will have 0 quota ATM Withdrawal since it will follow the updated Jagoan Syariah benefit account.

Don’t worry you’ll get 3 free ATM Withdrawals  at Jagoan Syariah by next month.


Physical Debit Card Issuance

Sample 1:  If your current level is Jagoan (originally have 0 quota), then you switch from Jago to Jago Syariah  on October 10th (mid month), then you will have 1 free physical debit card  since it will follow the updated Jagoan Syariah benefit account.


Sample 2: If your current level is Silver (originally have 1 free physical debit card) and you already used 1 free physical debit card issuance. You have 0 quota left and switch Jago to Jago Syariah  on October 10th (mid month), then you will not have any free quota.

Sample 3: If your current level is Gold (originally have 2 free physical debit cards) and you already used 1 free physical debit card issuance. You have 0 quota and switch Jago to Jago Syariah  on October 10th (mid month), then you will not have any free quota.

Sample 4: If your current level is Platinum  (originally have 3 free physical debit cards) and you never use the quota then  switch from Jago to Jago Syariah  on October 10th (mid month), then you will get 1  free physical debit card.

If you need more physical debit card, you can create additional card and request it within the app for Rp40,000/card
