Liveness Selfie Activation
To be a fully registered Jagoan, you’ll need to conduct a liveness check (take a selfie with your phone) during registration. This step is required so that we can confirm your identity.
Here’s how to take a selfie successfully:
- Make sure you are in a well-lit area.
- Make sure you have stable Wi-Fi or mobile internet connection.
- Make sure nothing is covering your face.
- Make sure your entire face is in the circle shown in the app.
If for any reason we couldn’t verify your identity through a liveness check, you can schedule or start a video call right away with a Jago agent in the app. To make it easy to get your identity verified, make sure that:
- You have stable Wi-Fi or mobile internet connection.
- You have enabled camera and microphone access for your browser.
Once you’re verified, you’ll be fully registered and you can start using all features in Jago.
