Banking needs such as completing various payments and saving for short and long term financial goals have become an important part of many people's lives. How much easier life would feel when these transactions could run completely automatically.
Did you know that by having an account at Bank Jago and through the Jago application you will find features that can help you make automatic payments? Moreover, you can also save automatically with Jago.
Why Choose Automatic Payment?
Everyone's needs are not the same. Some people only need to pay electricity, internet and water bills and home security contributions every month. Some other people have to pay car tax and land and building tax because they already have their own car and house, in addition to the bills they routinely pay every month.
Not to mention the need for monthly or weekly online shopping, so you have to frequently top up your e-Wallet balance. If all transactions are completed one by one manually, it is certainly quite time-consuming.
What’s more, with so many payments that must be completed, you may forget to complete some of them. You are having an important meeting with your boss when working from home when suddenly the internet dies. After being investigated, the cause turns out to be not paying internet bills.
By choosing automatic payments, no matter what transactions must be made, nothing will be forgotten and every payment can be completed on time.
Automatic Payments With Auto Debit
Maybe you are already familiar with the term auto debit. For Jagoans who don't know, Jagomin will discuss a little about auto debit, which can make life easier and more comfortable.
What is auto debit?
Auto debit is an automatic payment system that can be applied to various transactions. The balance in your bank account will be deducted automatically once you schedule a financial transaction with Jago.
Automatic payments via auto debit can be removed
Some of you may ask, what if I want to stop subscribing to streaming services or my internet bills seem too expensive so I want to switch to a package that costs less but have chosen auto debit for bill payments?
Don't worry, with Jago you can easily and quickly delete scheduled automatic payments directly from the Jago application.
Plan Ahead Feature to Auto Debit Balance from Jago Account
Interested in using auto debit? By having an account at Bank Jago, you can complete automatic transactions through the Plan Ahead feature in the Jago application. What can you use it for?
1. Automatic payments of various kinds of bills
Regular bills that need to be paid every month, for example, can be scheduled using the Plan Ahead feature. The payment will run automatically according to the selected date. No more forgetting to pay, no more fines for paying bills late, no more problems such as electricity or internet being cut off because you haven't completed the payment.
2. Buy phone credit and top up e-Wallet automatically
For those of you who need a lot of credit or often shop online and pay for meals using e-Wallet, you don't need to buy credit or topping up your balance manually. Just schedule top-ups of credit and digital wallet balance automatically via the Plan Ahead feature.
3. Automatic transfers to fellow Jago users or to other banks
For those of you who transfer to your parents every month or have a schedule for regular or recurring transfers, you can use the Plan Ahead feature. As such, you are free from the hassle of making notes on the calendar or setting reminders on your cellphone and there's no need to set aside time for manual transfers, especially if you're on holiday abroad.
Apart from the three points above, the Plan Ahead feature can also top up your Jago Pocket balance automatically if it is below a certain amount (you set it).
Speaking of which, there is also an option to set payments to be semi-automatic but still scheduled. If you select "Always Notify Me" then you will receive a reminder on the day of payment. Payments will proceed upon your approval.
