What are Admin authorities ?
An Admin is a party granted authority by the authorized person in accordance with the Customer’s deed, including to:
(i) appoint and amend user roles: Maker, Approver, and Releaser, including appointing the Admin as Maker, Approver, and/or Releaser (if required);
(ii) create and make changes to Accounts, account groups, user groups, approval levels, and approval matrices;
(iii) view activity logs performed by all Users;
(iv) provide confirmation to the Bank (callback); and
(v) perform other administrative actions.

What is the meaning of Single Control and Dual Control for Admin?
Single Control means the Admin may act independently in exercising Admin authorities.
Dual Control means two Admins must act jointly in exercising Admin authorities, except for providing confirmation to the Bank (callback) and performing other administrative actions required in connection with the use of the Jago Bisnis service, which may be carried out under Single Control.

What role combinations are allowed for the same user?
Role combinations may be set up by the Admin as follows:
- Admin + Maker
- Admin + Approver
- Admin + Releaser
- Admin + Maker + Approver
- Admin + Maker + Releaser
- Admin + Maker + Approver + Releaser
- Maker + Approver
- Maker + Releaser
- Approver + Releaser
- Maker + Approver + Releaser
An Admin may hold multiple roles (i.e., Admin + Maker + Approver + Releaser); however, for a single transaction, a user may perform only one function.

What is the meaning of role combination in the Jago Bisnis Registration Form?
If the Customer selects the optional role combination in the Jago Bisnis Registration Form, the Bank will set up the system to allow one User to perform two roles simultaneously in a single transaction, namely:
1. Maker may act as Approver;
2. Maker may act as Releaser; or
3. Approver may act as Releaser.
The Customer may select only one of the three combination options above.
