- Should you have any problem or complaint, please contact Jago Customer Care by providing the physical transaction receipt.
- Discount up to 15% is available to all Bank Jago customers who are new customers of Erha Ultimate.
- Bank Jago reserves the right to amend these promo Terms & Conditions if deemed necessary by providing prior information through the Jago and ERHA websites and applications.
- All decisions, terms, and amendments made by Bank Jago are final and binding.
- Bank Jago reserves the right to cancel promotional rewards if there is any indication of fraud or violation of these promotional terms and conditions.
- Bank Jago and the customer agree to mutually release and discharge the other party from all claims, demands, losses, or costs that may arise in connection with this program resulting from the negligence of each party.
- The debtor/customer remains obligated to pay all liabilities regarding the Jago Dana Cepat loan facility in accordance with the applicable schedule and terms. Further provisions refer to the loan agreement.
