How to connect Bibit through the Jago application
  1. Enter your dashboard or Pocket page.
  2. Choose Bibit Pocket.
  3. Select Connect.
  4. Make sure your name in Bibit is correct and select Continue.
  5. Enter the OTP that will be sent to your cellphone number.
  6. Enter your Bibit PIN.
  7. Then choose to return to the Jago application.
How to link Jago to Gojek:
  1. Open the Gojek application then tap Explore to the right of the GoPay balance.
  2. Enter the Settings menu then select Set Payment Method.
  3. Swipe up until you find a Jago Pocket, then tap Add.
  4. You can learn more about this feature, or tap Continue.
  5. Enter your Jago cellphone number and password then tap Login.
  6. Done! Now you can make payments at Gojek using Spending Pocket as a payment method.
How to link Jago to Stockbit:
  1. Open the Stockbit app and register.
  2. Choose Jago as the RDN bank.
  3. Go through the Jago registration process.
  4. Do the video call verification with Jago agents.
  5. Complete your data, digital signature, and PIN activation for the RDN
  6. Wait 1 working day for the verification from Stockbit.
  7. Finish.

No. Top-up Jago Pocket should be done from another bank (not from Bank Jago).

There are 2 methods to create a Shared Pocket:

To create a Shared / Arisan Pocket:
  1. On the Pocket page, tap Create Pocket.
  2. Choose Shared / Arisan Pocket.
  3. Name the Pocket, pick a background color, change the picture, and set Additional Options for your Pocket. Then, click Create Pocket.
  4. The Pocket is successfully created.
  5. Invite your friends to join the Shared / Arisan Pocket.
All personal Pockets can be designated as Shared Pockets by inviting other users to the Pocket.
  1. On the Pocket Details page, tap Invite button at the top of the screen
  2. Choose the user you want to invite from your Smart Contacts or your phone contacts.
  3. Define the roles of the invited users
  4. When the invitation is sent, your Pocket will automatically change to a Shared Pocket.
Notes:
  • You can only invite Jago users to a Shared Pocket.
  • Jago Regular users cannot invite Jago Syariah users to Shared Pocket or Arisan Pocket.
  • Jago Syariah users can invite Jago Regular users to a Shared Pocket, and the pocket will operate with a Wadiah Yad Dhamanah contract with 0% interest.

How to Invite friends using referral code
  • Make sure you have registered for a Jago account
  • Open the Jago application and select the Jago Rame Rame section
  • Do not change your mobile phone during the promo period to avoid failing to collect referral prizes
  • Use your unique referral code to invite your friends
Important notes when inviting friends to Jago
  • Invited friends must complete the Jago registration process, not just download the application.
  • Rewards will only be given to a user who invites friends that don’t have a Jago account yet to register a new one.

Eligible transactions are those made using the Jago Visa Card/Jago Syariah Visa Card in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
