What will happen to my Jago account after it is closed?
After your Jago account has been closed, you can no longer access your account through the Jago app.

I never closed my Jago account, but it says it’s been closed. Why is that?
The Bank reserves the right to close an account for any reason, provided prior notification is given to the Customer in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
