How many BFI Finance Pockets can I have in Jago?
There is no maximum number of BFI Finance Pockets that you can have. BFI Finance Pocket will be automatically created according to the total number of your active contracts at BFI.

Can I delete my BFI Finance Pocket?
You cannot delete a BFI Finance Pocket with an active contract. Your BFI pocket in Jago will only be automatically closed when you have paid off the loan and claimed your collateral to BFI.

I have paid all my BFI installments. How do I claim my collateral?
You can contact BFI Finance to claim your collateral when you have paid off your loan.

I accidentally overpaid my BFI Finance installment. What can I do?
Don't worry! If you overpay your installment, the excess balance will be keps as "Overpaid balance", which can be viewed in your BFI Finance Pocket. This balance will be used to pay your next installment.

Can I apply for a new BFI Finance loan through Jago app?
You can't apply for a new BFI Finance loan through Jago.

Why some BFI Finance contracts do not show in my Jago app?
