Why can't I link my phone number or email as my Jago account alias?
You can't link your phone number or email to Jago if it's currently linked to your other bank accounts. But no need to worry, you can choose to link your phone number or email instead to Jago. Please note that this action will unlink your alias to your other bank accounts.
How many phone numbers and emails can I link to Jago as my alias?
You can link 1 (one) phone number and 1 (one) email to your Jago account. I still have my free transfer quota.
Will I be charged Rp2.500 when I make a transfer?
You will not be charged the transfer fee of Rp2.500 if you still have your free transfer quota. The transfer fee of Rp2.500 will be charged only when your free quota hits 0 and you make a transfer with the BI-FAST option. You can learn more about how to make a transfer with BI-FAST here.
