How to Request and Obtain Visa Documents
How do I request visa documents with an original wet stamp, and how can I receive them?
The process is simple and free of charge. No form is required. Just follow these steps:
- Contact Tanya Jago by phone at 1500 746 or by email at [email protected].
- Tell us which document you need, such as a Bank Statement or Bank Reference Letter, and let us know that you require it with an original wet stamp for visa purposes.
- Choose how you'd like to receive your document:
Digital Copy (Scanned via Email)
Your officially stamped or signed document will be scanned and sent as a PDF to your registered email address.
Physical Copy (Branch Pickup)
Inform Tanya Jago of your request, then schedule an appointment to collect your officially stamped or signed document at the nearest Jago Branch.
Can a physical document with an original wet stamp be delivered to my home address?
Currently, Jago does not offer home delivery for physical documents with an original wet stamp.
If you're unable to visit a branch, you can ask Tanya Jago to scan the officially signed or stamped document. The scanned PDF will then be sent to your registered email address.
