Is the Rapor Kredit feature free?
Yes. Rapor Kredit is available at no additional cost.
Does having an active loan mean I have poor credit?
No. Active loans can still be considered healthy as long as payments are made on time.
Why can’t I view Rapor Kredit feature?
Please make sure you have an active Dana Cepat or Dana Siaga loan facility with Bank Jago and a stable internet connection. If the issue persists, please contact Tanya Jago.
Why isn’t my report available yet?
Retrieving your Rapor Kredit data may take 5 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the processing queue in the SLIK OJK system.
If your report is still unavailable after 24 hours, please tap “Request Report” again to submit a new request. If the issue persists, please contact Tanya Jago for assistance.
Where do I can find my complete loan history?
You can request your complete loan history recorded by SLIK OJK by visiting https://idebku.ojk.go.id/
Why does my Rapor Kredit show "no credit information yet"?
Rapor Kredit may show "No credit information yet" for one of the following reasons:
- No credit data/history is recorded under your name in SLIK OJK as of the date the data was retrieved.
- You do not have any active or written-off loans recorded in SLIK OJK. You may have had loans in the past, but currently there are no active or written-off loans recorded in SLIK OJK.
- Your total outstanding balance and/or credit limit are below the data threshold shown in the SLIK OJK report. Under the latest OJK regulations, if your total outstanding balance and/or credit limit across all financial service institutions is equal to or less than IDR 1,000,000, that credit data may not be shown in the data retrieved from SLIK OJK. As a result, credit information cannot be displayed in Rapor Kredit.
If you believe your credit information should be available in Rapor Kredit, please contact the relevant financial service institution to confirm that your credit data has been reported to SLIK OJK.
