Between Jago

1. Choose Bank Transfer from the Transfer & Pay menu on the Transactions page.
2. Choose Jago to add a new recipient or choose from the existing accounts.
<If it's on your account list, skip to step 4>
3. Input JagoID, click Check, and tap Next.
4. Input the amount and tap Next.
5. Review the transfer summary, then choose Send Now.

Tip: You can make recurring transactions after this step with the Plan Ahead feature

To other bank

1. Choose Bank Transfer from the Transfer & Pay menu on the Transactions page.
2. Choose a bank to add a new recipient or choose from the existing accounts.
<If it's on your account list, skip to step 4>
3. Input the account number, click Check and tap Next.
4. Input the amount and tap Next.
5. Review the transfer summary, then choose Send Now.

Tip: You can make recurring transactions after this step with the Plan Ahead feature

To Virtual Account

1. Go to Transfer & Pay on the Home page.
2. Choose a New Recipient.
3. Choose other banks.
4. Choose Bank.
5. Input the virtual account number, click Check, and tap Next.
6. Input the amount and tap Next.
7. Review the transfer summary, then choose Send Now.

Tip: You can make recurring transactions after this step with the Plan Ahead feature.

Using BI-FAST

1. Choose Bank Transfer from the Transfer & Pay menu on the Transactions page.
2. Choose a Phone Number or Email to add a new recipient or choose from the existing accounts.
<If it's on your account list, skip to step 4>
3. Search existing contact or email, click Check and tap Next.
4. Input the amount and tap Next.
5. Review the transfer summary, then choose Send Now.

Tip: You can make recurring transactions after this step with the Plan Ahead feature

To e-Wallet Account

1. Choose e-Wallet transaction from the Transfer & Pay menu on the Transactions page.
2. Choose the destination e-Wallet or choose from existing e-wallet accounts.
3. Enter your wallet account number, click Check, then choose Continue.
4. Enter the amount of money and choose Next.
5. Review the top-up summary, then choose Top Up Now.

Tip: You can make recurring transactions after this step with the Plan Ahead feature.

To other banks using the SKN method

1. Choose Bank Transfer from the Transfer & Pay menu on the Transactions page.
2. Choose a bank to add a new recipient or choose from the existing accounts.
<If it's on your account list, skip to step 4>
3. Input the account number, click Check and tap Next.
4. Input the amount and tap Next.
5. Choose the SKN method.
6. Choose the Beneficiary Type and Recipient's Residential Status.
7. Review the transfer summary, then choose Send Now.

Tip: The sending money process may take up to 1 working day. You can also make a scheduled transaction after the last step with the Plan Ahead feature.
 

To other banks using the RTGS method

1. Choose Bank Transfer from the Transfer & Pay menu on the Transactions page.
2. Choose a bank to add a new recipient or choose from the existing accounts.
<If it's on your account list, skip to step 4>
3. Input the account number, click Check and tap Next.
4. Input the amount and tap Next.
6. Choose the RTGS method.
7. Choose the Beneficiary Type and Recipient's Residential Status.
7. Review the transfer summary, then choose Send Now.

Tip: The sending money process may take up to 2 working hours. You can also make a scheduled transaction after the last step with the Plan Ahead feature.
