Removing Alias
1. Tap the More page
2. Tap the gear icon on the top right corner, then scroll down and tap the BI-FAST Settings menu
3. On the Linked Alias in Jago section, tap the three dots (...) menu in the Alias you wish to remove
4. Tap the Remove alias option
Blocking Alias
1. Tap the More page
2. Tap the gear icon on the top right corner, then scroll down and tap the BI-FAST Settings menu
3. On the Linked Alias in Jago section, tap the three dots (...) menu in the Alias you wish to remove
4. Tap the Block alias option
What's the difference between removing and blocking my alias?
- Remove alias: Your alias will be removed permanently, and your phone number/email will no longer be linked to your Jago account.
- Block alias: Your alias will still be linked but temporarily blocked and can't be used while being blocked. You can unblock your alias and use it again.
