About GoPay Deposito by Jago Premature Withdrawal
Premature withdrawal is when you withdraw your GoPay Deposito by Jago before its maturity date. If you have a premature withdrawal, all of the accumulated interest will be forfeited, and your principal will be disbursed to the source Pocket you selected when creating the Term Deposit.
You can withdraw your Term Deposit early by following these steps:
Via Jago app
- On your Term Deposit Pocket details page, tap the three-dots menu on the top right corner
- Select the Withdraw and close Term Deposit option
Via GoPay app
- On the GoPay Home page, tap the four arrows icon
- Scroll down and find the Term Deposit option
- Select the Term deposit you want to withdraw
- On your Term Deposit details page, tap on the Stop and withdraw button
- Review the details about your principal and tap on the Stop and withdraw button
- Follow the two-factor authentication steps
