I have signed up for GoPay Tabungan by Jago through the Gojek app but have yet to register Jago. How do I register to Jago?
You can register to Jago by downloading the Jago app in the Google Play Store (for Android) or App Store (for iOS), then following these easy steps:
1. On the Jago welcome screen, tap on the Log In button
2. Because you are already signed up for GoPay Tabungan but don't have a Jago account yet, tap on the Forget Password option
3. Input your registered Email and NIK to verify
4. Input the verification code we send to the registered phone number
5. Create a password and make sure it's secure
6. Create a PIN for logging in to the Jago app
7. Now you have a new password and PIN!

Can I upgrade my GoPay to GoPay Tabungan from the Gojek app?
You can upgrade your GoPay Tabungan and register to Jago by following these steps:
1. On the Gojek Home page, tap the More button on the right side of your GoPay balance
2. Choose the Tabungan option
3. On the GoPay Tabungan page, tap on the Free Upgrade option
4. Follow the verification steps to finish your Jago registration
6. Your GoPay Tabungan is active and can be managed from the Jago app!

*If you're a new registered Jago user who just linked your GoPay Tabungan to the Jago app, we will automatically create a Main Pocket and a GoPay Tabungan Pocket in your Jago. The Main Pocket can only be accessed and managed from the Jago app

You can upgrade your GoPay Tabungan from the GoPay app by following these steps:
1. Download the GoPay app here
2. On the GoPay app homepage, tap on the Tabungan by Jago button
3. You will be directed to the GoPay Tabungan activation page, choose Tabungan or Tabungan Syariah
4. Then, click Upgrade Now

If you are a GoPay Plus user and have a Jago account
• You can immediately use GoPay Tabungan by Jago

If you are a GoPay Plus user but don't have a Jago account
• Fill in the additional information as a requirement to open an account in Bank Jago
