Creating, Changing, and Closing RDN Pocket
Creating an RDN Pocket
Currently, you can only create an RDN Pocket in Jago by opening an investment account through one of Jago’s partner investment platforms below:
- Stockbit
- Trimegah Sekuritas
- Samuel Sekuritas
- Pluang Maju Sekuritas
Please access the respective investment platform to open your account. Your RDN Pocket will be automatically created and displayed in the Jago app once your account opening is approved. You can open one Jago RDN Pocket for each investment platform.
Changing Your RDN
Changing your RDN means transferring your existing RDN from another bank to an RDN at Bank Jago through your investment platform.
This process can be done via any investment platform that partners with Bank Jago:
- Stockbit
- Trimegah Sekuritas
- Samuel Sekuritas
- Pluang Maju Sekuritas
By changing your RDN to Jago, you can continue transacting on the same investment platform using your existing account.
How to Change Your RDN to Jago
To change your RDN, submit a request through the investment platform where your current RDN is registered and follow the applicable procedures on that platform.
Closing an RDN Pocket
RDN Pockets cannot be closed directly from the Jago app. If you wish to close your RDN Pocket, you must submit a closure request through your investment platform. Once your request is approved by the platform, your RDN Pocket will be closed and no longer displayed in the Jago app.
You will also receive a notification once your RDN Pocket has been removed from Jago.
