Jakarta, September 1, 2022 - PT Bank Jago Tbk has launched the account level program for users of the Jago App. Through this program, customers can enjoy increasing benefits and perks, according to their account balance and transaction intensity via the Jago App.
There are 4 levels of Jago accounts, namely Jagoan, Silver Jagoan, Gold Jagoan, and Platinum Jagoan. Each level offers different benefits. The most basic benefit that customers from all levels can enjoy is free monthly admin fees and free GoPay top-ups.
Additionally, customers also have the opportunity to enjoy free transfer fees to other banks and e-wallet top-ups up to 150 transactions, as well as cash withdrawals at shared ATMs up to 10 times per month. All of these benefits depend on the daily balance amount and the connectivity of the Jago App with partner platforms such as Gojek and Bibit.
"The higher your account level, the more benefits you can obtain," explained Bank Jago's Vice President Director, Arief Harris Tandjung.
As an illustration, if a customer has savings above Rp 3 million in the Savings Pocket for a full month, and links their Jago account to one of Jago partners, the customer can enjoy all the benefits of being a Gold Jagoan.
"If customers want even more benefits, they just need to increase their average daily balance amount to become a Platinum Jagoan," Arief added.
