The card will be sent to the destination address within a maximum of 3 working days for the JABODETABEK area, and within 5-14 working days for other cities (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays).
You can check your delivery status by following these steps,
1. Go to the Card Details.
2. Choose Delivery Info.
3. Choose Track Card Delivery.
If you receive a notification that your card has been successfully delivered, you can still file a dispute within 30 days from the date the card is marked as delivered. However, if the card status is still “in delivery” and has exceeded the estimated timeframe, you can contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
