Your Jago Debit Card PIN
Your card PIN is different from your app login PIN. We suggest using a unique PIN for each card, different from your app login PIN, for extra security. Your debit card PIN is used every time you make transactions offline, such as when you pay with an EDC machine or withdraw money from an ATM.
To change your PIN, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Cards menu on the Jago app home screen.
2. Select the card you want to change the PIN for.
3. Choose Settings.
4. Choose Change PIN.
5. Enter your current password.
6. Choose Change Card PIN.
7. Enter your new PIN and confirm it on the next screen.
Make sure to also change your card PIN frequently for another layer of security.
