How Long Will I Stay at Each Level?
You will be able to enjoy the benefits in your current level for one full calendar month, from the first day till the last day of the calendar month. We will assess your status against the level requirements at the end of the month and determine whether you maintain your current level or be assigned a new one!
Maintaining my current level
If you have fulfilled the minimum average daily balance required of your current level and stay linked to Jago’s partners (apply to Silver Jagoan and Gold Jagoan levels), you will be eligible to stay at your current level for the following calendar month. Your free transfers & e-wallet top-ups and free ATM withdrawals quota will be reset on the first day of the following month.
Upgrading my level
If you have fulfilled the requirements of the higher level before the end of month, you will be upgraded to that level from the first day of the next month.
Drop down in your level
If you did not fulfill the requirements - i.e. mininum average daily balance required of your current level within 1 month of achieving the level and stay linked to Jago’s partners (for Silver Jagoan and Gold Jagoan levels), you will be moved to a lower level depending on the requirements for the levels.
Checking my current benefits quota
Go to the "More" page in your Jago app. Your current benefits quota will be shown below the header of your current level.
When will my account level and benefits be updated?
Your level and benefits will be updated on the 1st of each month.
