The card will be sent to the destination address within a maximum of 3 working days for the JABODETABEK area, and within 5-14 working days for other cities (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays).
You can check your delivery status by following these steps,
1. Go to the Card Details.
2. Choose Delivery Info.
3. Choose Track Card Delivery.
If you have not received your card after the date specified above, please contact Tanya Jago at 1500 746. You can file a complaint regarding card delivery within 30 calendar days from the card request date.
