Due Dates, Installments, and How Dana Siaga Payments Work
When will my Dana Siaga usage be converted into installments?
Usage will be converted based on your activation date. You can check this info on the Payment Illustration page or inside your Dana Siaga Pocket.
Can I change my "Conversion Date"?
Not at the moment. The date is fixed based on your activation date. Make sure to remember this date if you want to pay in full and avoid installments.
When is my installment due?
The installment due date is 14 calendar days after the "Conversion Date."
What is the "Auto-Installment" feature?
This feature helps you manage your spending by automatically turning your Dana Siaga usage into installments if it hasn't been settled by the end of the period/conversion date. You can choose the installment duration that suits you best during activation.
Example Scenario:

You activate on January 4, 2026.

You choose a 6-month auto-installment tenor.

You shop using Dana Siaga on January 5, 2026.

You haven't settled the usage by February 4, 2026, at 10:59 PM WIB.
What will happen:

On February 18, 2026, your bill is automatically converted into a 6-month installment.

You simply pay the first installment on February 18, and so on every 18th until July 2026.

You only need to pay the same amount every month, making it easier to manage your finances.
Will I get a reminder before it turns into an installment?
Yes! You will receive reminders on H-7, H-3, and H-1 before the 1st of the following month. This allows you to choose between paying in full or using installments based on your financial situation.
