What happens if I don't pay before the conversion date?
All unpaid usage will automatically be converted into installments based on the duration you chose during activation.
What happens if I miss my installment due date?
A late fee will apply and continue to increase for every day you are late. Additionally, your payment history will be reported to SLIK OJK, which may impact your future credit applications. Keep your balance ready and pay on time to stay worry-free!
How much is the late fee?
The late fee is 0.1% per day of the overdue installment.
