Getting an offer doesn’t mean automatic approval. Jago verifies eligibility based on OJK regulations and internal policies first.

What if Dana Siaga is active but cannot be used?
This usually happens if you have an overdue installment. Please settle the payment first to reuse your limit.

Can I close my Dana Siaga Pocket?
If you’d like to close your Dana Siaga Pocket, just reach out to Tanya Jago and we’ll help you out.

Before you close it, make sure to move any remaining cash to your other Pockets and ensure all your usage or installments are fully settled. If you just want to take a break from using it, you can simply keep the balance at zero without closing the Pocket.

How long is the minimum installment period?
The minimum duration for Dana Siaga installments can vary for each person. You’ll be able to see the specific tenor options available just for you right inside the Jago app during the activation process.

Is there a minimum usage amount to turn it into an installment?
Yes, there is. If your usage is below Rp100,000, it must be paid in full on the due date and cannot be split into installments. For any usage of Rp100,000 or more, it will automatically be converted into installments based on the duration you chose when you activated Dana Siaga.

Can I get a higher limit or request a limit increase?
Bank Jago regularly reviews every customer's limit. These updates are based on our internal policies, your credit history, and your repayment habits. So, keep using your Jago account actively and maintain a good payment record.

When will the late fee be charged?
We hope this doesn't happen, but a late fee will appear if your Dana Siaga installment payment passes its due date. To avoid this, it's always a good idea to check your due date in the app.

Is there an auto-debit feature for Dana Siaga installments?
Yes, Jago will automatically deduct the installment amount from your Main Pocket on the due date. Just make sure you have enough balance there to keep everything running smoothly.
